Where a third party processes personal data on behalf of Mazeline, we will, where required, enter into appropriate arrangements regarding the processing and security of such data.

6. Personal data processed on behalf of customers

For certain assignments, Mazeline may process personal data provided by a customer, for example files that are necessary for the production, shipment, or performance of an assignment.

Where personal data is transferred to a country outside the EEA, Mazeline ensures that there is a valid legal basis for the transfer and, where required, that appropriate safeguards are implemented in accordance with the GDPR.

8. Retention periods

Mazeline does not retain personal data for longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless we are required by applicable laws or regulations to retain the data for a longer period.

The specific retention period may vary depending on the category of personal data and depends, among other things, on the nature of our relationship, the relevant agreement, and applicable statutory retention requirements.

Mazeline takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorised access, unlawful processing, alteration, or disclosure.

10. Website and cookies

Our website may use functional, analytical and, where applicable, other cookies and similar technologies.

Functional cookies are necessary for the proper functioning of the website. Where consent is required under applicable law for the use of certain cookies, we will obtain your consent in advance.

Further information about the cookies we use may be provided in our Cookie Policy or through the cookie settings on our website.
